Princess Amannisahan- Uyghur Film

This movie is based on the true story of Princess Amannisahan. In the mid-16th century, Seid Khan quelled the war and unified the Yarkent Khanate. The cultural economy of the Khanate also achieved unprecedented development and prosperity. After his passing, his son Abdureshit Khan ascended to the throne. The folk artist and his daughter, Amannisahan, relied on each other and formed a close friendship with the musician Omer, who had been expelled from the court. King Khan embarked on an incognito tour and was drawn to Amannisahan's intelligence and beauty despite objections from those around him, eventually bringing her into the palace.
Princess Amannisahan encountered numerous hardships within the palace walls. Nevertheless, she remained steadfast in her convictions, gathering and compiling the scattered Muqam music from the people. She crafted the twelve-Muqam suite through dedication, leaving an indelible mark on Uyghur classical music. This story concludes with a poignant final illness imbued with artistic and documentary significance.
